Flourish Accounting Services & Technology (FAST) was established to be our partner that will focus in accounting and outsourcing, a company that offers credible and reliable finance and accounting services to both local and offshore companies. With the proven experience and expertise of its professional management team that founded FAST, we are well-equipped to provide the most satisfactory accounting services to our clients.

FAST aims to provide the outsourcing needs of small to medium size entities (SMEs) to be at par with modern means of business operations for companies which require quality backroom support.

JACQUELINE YU-VILLAR, CPA MBA

Managing Partner

Ms. Jacqueline Y. Villar obtained her first four (4) years of Audit practice at SGV & Co. She became a Financial Comptroller and Finance & Admin Director of a Group of Companies that offers shared support services in Accounting and Marketing (call center operations and leads generation) and was a Consultant for ten years (until 2010) to a Hong Kong-based international Group of Companies dealing with fund management and financial services, with offices in Asia, Europe and the USA. She is a recipient of BID International Quality Summit (ICS) Gold Category in recognition of her commitment to Quality, Leadership, Technology and Innovation held last May 27, 2013 at Marriott Marquis Convention Hall, New York USA.

Jacquie’s acumen was honed by more than 15 years of servicing a variety of organizations, which includes a wide assortment of multinational and local companies operating in varying industries such as financial services, manufacturing, mining, retail, real estate, food service, IT, BPO, FMCG, and international nonprofit organizations. Her area of expertise lies in audit, accounting, outsourcing, tax advisory, incorporation and business registrations.

She finished her degree in Accountancy at the University of Santo Tomas and earned her Master’s in Business Administration at the De La Salle University.

CONRADO T. ABUEL, CPA

Mr. Conrado “Doods” Abuel’s expertise in the fields of audit, corporate planning,business development and tax management has been honed by more than 15 years of expertly handling a variety of corporate clients from different sectors. He is the Corporate Planning and Business Development Manager of Petrolift Group of Companies – a company engaged in oil and gas tankering, real estate, and nickel mining and other mineral ores.

Doods started his career as Benefits Administration Staff at Andersen Consulting before working as auditor of SGV & Company where he supervised and managed the audits of the company’s clientele for both local and multinational setting. He is actively participating as volunteer advisor and recipient of an award for volunteerism from Philippine Business for Social Progress for extending free professional services to small scale and medium enterprises operating in the Philippines.

He completed his Bachelor of Arts Arts and Commerce for Accounting and Mathematics at the MS Enverga University Foundation where he finished Magna Cum Laude. He pursued further studies at the Ateneo Graduate School for Business taking up Regis program.

ATTY. LILET DATO-ABUEL , CPA

Atty. Lilet Abuel is a Lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant. She has wide exposure in corporate taxation and finance. Her proficiency expertise in tax was sharpened by her extensive experience in handling various legal and tax due diligence, particularly in mining and real estate industries. She has handled various tax related VAT refund cases at the Court of Tax Appeals. While at SGV, Atty. Abuel has been involved in auditing and finance from since 1994, when she joined SGV and Co. In 1995, she received a special award for undertaking a very complex and highly confidential engagement. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Lyceum of Philippines University and her degree in Accountancy from the University of the East and subsequently her degree in Law at the Lyceum of the Philippines University.
