  • External Audit / Business Assurance - more than a matter of reportorial compliance, the Annual Audited Financial Statements and Tax Return are very important. It may cost the Company unexpected Government compliance penalties and deficiencies if these reports are not properly and fairly presented. 
     
  • Compliance Audit – setting up good internal controls and having an established set of manual of policies and procedures are just the initial steps, these are further measured and accomplished through regular Compliance Audit to evaluate their effectiveness to the Organization.
     
  • Establishing Account Balances – there are several instances when the Company may need to have a third party’s skills and resources to help them establish their proper account balances in a time constraint setting like migrating to a new system, no proper historical records or recording, and limited skills or resources available to fill in these requirements.
